Often referred to as conscious connected breathwork, this technique uses continuous, rhythmic breathing to access the subconscious mind and activate the sympathetic nervous system. This stimulation helps bring unprocessed emotions and stuck energy to the surface, creating space for release and transformation within the body.
🧘 Respire Restore
Following the active breathwork, we transition into slow, deep belly breathing that engages the parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural rest-and-repair mode. This phase supports you in entering a deep meditative state, integrating the healing from the active session, and opening to any insights or inner guidance that may arise.
Together, these practices create a safe and supportive space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery.
